WHAT IS www.EndChildHunger.org?

www.EndChildHunger.org (hereafter just "ECH") is 1.) a web site, and 2.) a conceptual discipline. 

Both were initiated with the objective encouraging, promoting, and facilitating a relationship of giving between business professionals and their clients / customers during the course of their business transaction(s) for the specific benefit of the countless starving children of the world.  It is intended that contributions from these resultant business professional - client / customer "benevolent unions" be given to and administered by one of the many fine world child hunger organization(s) at the mutual selection and agreement of the applicable business professional and their client / customer on a case by case basis (see ECH Org's). 

ECH 1.) never solicits or accepts cash donations!; 2.) never in any way makes cash contributions in their own name!; 3.) never accepts or holds assets in the ECH name!.  The www.EndChildHunger.org concept / discipline was founded and continues to be developed and maintained by 100% volunteer effort with any required expenditures or required assets being provided by volunteers as the need arises, and as they feel called to provide.  This in effect makes ECH a benevolent "co-op" of the purest form and nature as opposed to any type of a business entity.  

The ECH conceptual discpline creates no legal contract or performance requirement or obligation among participating parties, but rather, promotes a benevolent transaction that is based on the good faith and will of those parties only (the way things used to be!).  Any attempt to make the concepts of ECH legally binding in any way are fully outside the scope and intention of ECH and thereby any sufferance, failure, impact suffered by any and all involved is not the responsibility of ECH.  Again, this is a concept and related discipline that is intended to be self-administrating between the involved parties, and issues and ramifications thereof not forseen or otherwise by ECH are not the responsibility of ECH. 

HOW DOES www.EndChildHunger.org WORK?

ECH encourages, promotes and facilitates benevolent giving to world child hunger organizations by focusing on establishment of contribution guidelines and considerations for professionals and their clients / customers to discuss, consider and agree, albeit within the substantive spirit of the ECH contribution guidelines and considerations.  ECH authorizes business professionals who pursue the ECH conceptual discipline as a fundamental of the way they do business the right to proclaim that they are a "A www.EndChildHunger.org      (business professional)    "  in their marketing and business communications.  Accountability for their living up to the ECH contribution guidelines and considerations as well as their delivery of the agreed contribution is provided by their "partner" in the agreed commitment to do so i.e. their client / customer.

HOW DO I AS A BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL GET STARTED?

As one or more professionals in a particular service area determine they want to participate in the ECH initiative, they have only to submit a request to Infomation@EndChildHunger.org.  The requestor will be contacted and together some guidelines and considerations will be established for that professional area and then published on the ECH web site for reference by all professionals of that persuasion and their clients and customers alike.  Once this is done, this professional area will be listed on the ECH web site with those guidelines and considerations indicated as a means of guidance for both professionals wanting to espouse that they are www.EndChildHunger.org professionals, as well as those that would chose their services.  In all cases, these guidelines and considerations will be very basic and high level as due to the number of possible variations in the way professionals may be compensated.  ECH leaves the specifics to each professional and their clients and customers - - - and again, trust that the professional will fully explain and hold themselves accountable to the commitment they make to their clients and customers.  ECH further trusts that clients and customers will ensure that proper evidence is presented such that they can be sure that what was promised to be given was in fact delivered.  Again, any disputes, mis-understandings, issues of any and all types will not be, cannot be and are not the responsibility of www.EndChildHunger.org, although it is certainly ECH's fervent hope that all involved will have their hearts in the right place 100% of the time and be absolutely certain that what is discussed and promised, is in fact delivered to the intended world child hunger organization!
