HOW DID www.EndChildHunger.org GET STARTED AND BY WHOM?

www.EndChildHunger.org was founded by a business professional in honor of a childhood memory of their grandmother's concern for starving children of the world coupled with a spiritual calling to do something about it.  They offer the following story relative to the origin of www.EndChildHunger.org.

"I wanted to find a way to make the benevolence of helping starving children also "make good business sense" in the community of business professionals and their clients / customers (a community of which I had been and expected to continue to be a part of).   I chose this demographic "source" initially as I felt it was one where "business by referral" is critical and in which participants are perpetually looking for ways to differentiate themselves in a positive way with their clients / customers, and therefore where setting up a "quid pro quo" between professional and client for the benefit of starving children might just do some good!  I thought about it for over a year but knew the time was right to move forward when the domain name "www.EndChildHunger.org" popped into my head one night and to my surprise it was still available!  I reserved it immediately and began the process of setting up the web site and the rest as they say 'is history' ".  [NOTE:  The founder of www.EndChildHunger.org chooses to remain anonymous.]

It is envisioned that over time www.EndChild Hunger.org will be evolve beyond business professionals to other service businesses, products, retail, etc.  The key will be working with members of various "categories" and establishing an appropriate www.EndChildHunger.org "standard" that is both beneficial to starving children but also appropriate to effective business operations.  Those wishing to participate in expansion of these additional areas or just other categories of business professionals are urged to contact ECH at Information@EndChildHunger.org.
